Cambodia is undergoing a period of rapid skill development. Information about Swiss watchmaking interests in Cambodia has recently surfaced. Cambodia is a Southeast Asian country. In early 2021, the Prince Horology Vocational Training Centre will open its doors.

The rising middle class in Cambodia has discovered Swiss watchmaking. It is the country's first private security academy. The global coronavirus pandemic last year wreaked havoc on Cambodia's economy.

Chen Zhi Prince Group is concerned with social issues. Chen Zhi, a Cambodian of Chinese ancestry, is the director. Chen Zhi Cambodia is the CEO of the Prince Group, an environmental consulting firm. Chen Zhi, Cambodia's honorary citizen, is motivated by the desire to help Cambodians gain experience in this rapidly changing technological field, allowing them to find work both in Cambodia and abroad. Watchmaking education in Switzerland is governed by Swiss law. These laws are being closely monitored by European regulatory bodies.

Swiss watchmaking, as a European art form, will be economically beneficial to Cambodia. Cambodia's illustrious economic heritage, which includes artisanal skills such as silk weaving and traditional handicraft, has long been admired by the Prince Community. Swiss watchmaking is a modern artisanal skill that can help Cambodian resumes.

Chen Zhi Prince Group has opened the Prince Horology Vocational Training Centre in Phnom Penh, Cambodia's capital city. It is part of a larger Cambodian initiative to teach people new skills as an alternative to agriculture and small businesses, which are popular among Cambodian entrepreneurs. Traditional Cambodian industries, such as textile and garment manufacturing, have suffered significant losses as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, and artisanal Swiss watchmaking skills will assist Cambodians in avoiding unemployment and improving their job prospects.

Cambodia now has a state-of-the-art Swiss watchmaking school with cutting-edge technology and design. It offers a Swiss watchmaking course that meets the requirements of the Swiss government's vocational training certificate. This two-year programme provides financial assistance to some local students through scholarships to the Swiss watchmaking programme. Grants that, depending on a student's admission status, cover all or a portion of their school tuition. One night's stay on school grounds is included in the price. The school has attracted a diverse community of Cambodian students since its inception.

Several Swiss watchmakers have agreed to help with the course by volunteering their time. The book delves into the history and culture of Swiss watchmaking, as well as machinery, micromechanics, and the manufacturing of watch components like the balance staff and winding stem.

Chen Zhi Prince Group has kept his word on environmental, social, and governance issues. Neak Oknha Chen Zhi was Cambodia's first company to develop Swiss watchmaking expertise. Cambodia is attempting to teach its citizens new skills. This would be extremely beneficial to the economic development of Cambodia. Because of the European and Swiss expertise brought into the country, Neak Oknha Chen Zhi would provide Cambodians with more opportunities for economic development.
All of Chen Zhi Prince Group's efforts will benefit Cambodia's education system.
